No request towards waiver of entry fee will be entertained. 
Tournament Details:
Venue                                    : City Hall, Ilam Bazaar.
System of Play                      : Swiss System 9 rounds. Swiss Manager software will be used for pairing.
Time Control                        : 90 min.+30 sec. as increment from  move 1.
Last Date of Entry                : April 20/06PM
  • The Organizers have right to accept or reject any entry without giving any reason.
  • 10% of the prize money should be deducted as per NCA rule.
  • NCA Registrartion is compulsory to all Nepali players. NCA Desk will be available on the venue.
  • All outstation players will be provided free LODGING on sharing basis. First enter player will get first listed  arrangements available. Accompany charge Nrs. 2,500/- on Sharing.
  • Weather in Ilam during April expected to be pleasant.
